CLAIM The ornamental design for a shopping cart base, as shown and described.

Description

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a shopping cart base showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a left side thereof.

The dashed lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design, where the lighter dashed lines designate unclaimed portions of the shopping cart base profile and the dark dashed lines in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 7 designate a boundary of the claimed matter.
