In one embodiment, the surfaces of the electronic device shown in FIGS. 1 18 show different stippling to indicate contrasting tone, wherein the light stippling represents one color and the dark stippling represents a contrasting color. In another embodiment, not shown because the figures would be the same as FIGS. 1 18, is the same except the stippling represents contrasting materials, wherein the light stippling represents steel and the dark stippling represents aluminum. In a further embodiment, not shown because the figures would be the same as FIGS. 1 18, is the same except the stippling represents different textures, wherein the light stippling represents a glossy or shiny surface treatment and the dark stippling represents a matte or flat surface treatment.
