AbstractA dispenser for dispensing candy or other small objects, the dispenser having a rotatable hopper, having a hopper cavity therein, a tubular structure, having a storage portion for storing objects above the rotating hopper, a storage portion opening, a base portion, a base portion opening for dispensing objects, and a hopper positioning portion, where the rotatable hopper is positioned within the hopper positioning portion of the tubular structure, such that the rotatable hopper can rotate within the hopper positioning portion of the tubular structure, a tubular base plunger, inserted into the base portion of the tubular structure, and a hopper rotation mechanism connecting the base plunger to the rotatable hopper, where the hopper rotation mechanism is configured to rotate the rotatable hopper when the base plunger is moved within the base portion of the tubular structure.
