AbstractThe present invention relates to methods and compositions comprising ribose for the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome. The methods and compositions of the invention are especially suitable for oral administration and are useful for alleviating the symptoms of pain, fatigue, and irritable bowel syndrome in fibromyalgia syndrome.Other References
