An elongated and substantially sleeve shaped blank has first, second, third and fourth interconnecting and elongate extending sides, a open top, and a bottom. An opening is defined in the first side, proximate the bottom, and forms a vertical abutment extending between a lower-most edge of the opening and the bottom and acts to prevent unassisted dispensing of quantities of merchandise. A support member extends proximate the open top and from which the device is supported at a specified elevated location and upon the merchandising display.
