The housing has a closed end, an open end, a key and two brush levers and brush pad guide slots. The shuttle guide is a rod clamped in a bore through the closed end of the housing. The end of the rod outside the housing is clamped in a drill chuck for use. The shuttle is slideably mounted in the housing on the shuttle guide and engages the housing key, A pair of brush levers are pivotally mounted in the brush guide slots. A brush pad is attached to an end of each brush lever. Burnishing grooves are provided in the shuttle for burnishing the open ends of pipes with two different diameters.
