These control valves are in communication with each other through a cold water supply conduit and a mixed water conduit. The hot water control valve includes a needle valve and a valve seat. The needle valve is adjustable with respect to the valve seat to adjust the maximum temperature of hot water being supplied by the hot water control valve to the mixed water conduit.
