The apparatus includes a collapsible tube or pump-type dispenser containing a first viscous material and a second viscous material of a contrasting color in contact with the first material so that both materials are dispensed simultaneously. The tube or dispenser includes an outlet nozzle having a shaped outlet capable of scraping and removing a portion of the outer layer of viscous material to dispense the core material having stripes of the outer material.
