Abstract

A through-wall type automatic customer service apparatus is arranged in a partition wall in a financial institution. The body of the apparatus has a facade which passes through an aperture in the wall and is exposed to the outside of the wall, for operation by users. The facade is pivotably attached to the body and is movable between an open position and a closed position. A locking screw can lock the facade in the closed position and can be operated from the outside of the body in the wall. The apparatus also includes support arms for supporting the facade in the open position.
