The top of the main frame has a connecting bracket. The connecting mechanism is adjustably connected with a spacing block with a spring biased steel ball, a recess and a spring biased latch. The spacing block is connected to a top plate with a spring biased steel ball, a recess and a spring biased latch. The main frame is also attached with a backrest which has a chamber at the rear side as well. By this provision, the main frame can be directly or removably attached to the seat of the car. A TV set can be disposed with the chamber of the pillow and a video, game, or karaoke can be installed within the chamber of the backrest. The position of the pillow and the backrest can be readily adjusted to a desired position by the adjustable connection according to different requirements.
