A grounding shroud is disposed over the terminal and includes downwardly extending grounding terminal portions. A board-mounted connector subassembly includes a housing adapted for mating with the body of the header connector subassembly. A plurality of socket terminals are mounted on the housing for mating with the header terminals of the header connector subassembly, with socket tail portions adapted for interconnection with circuit traces on the printed circuit board.
