The substance is composed of 10% to 25% ascorbic acid and at least 0.5% to 5% proanthocyanidine in combination with a high ratio water surfactant. Non-irritating thickeners, preservatives and carriers synergize to allow penetration of a serum composition to access the entire dermal membrane.
