Lag bolts (78) are mounted at an angle to the horizontal through aligned openings (76) in the hangers (28) and extend through the fascia board (20) into a rafter (16) or a joist (18). An embodiment shown in FIG. 4 has a removable strip (27A) for fitting on an existing gutter and having a slot (46A) to receive a leaf screen (32A).
