An inbred line, designated LH216, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of inbred corn line LH216, to the plants of inbred corn line LH216 and to methods for producing a corn plant produced by crossing the inbred line LH216 with itself or another corn line. The invention further relates to hybrid corn seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line LH216 with another corn line.
