Release of the retainer is effected by twisting the retainer to cause circumferentially facing side edges of the windows to cam against sloped side surfaces of the lugs and deflect the axially facing edges of the windows outwardly from behind the lugs so as to permit the retainer to be slipped axially off of the sleeve. | |
