Hubs at the lower, forward ends of the levers hold removable weights. Pads supported by the lower forward ends are adapted to be engaged by the fronts of the legs of a person and raised forwardly, upwardly and slightly outwardly to perform a leg extension maneuver while supported on the declined seat. The diverging vertical planes of movement accommodate the natural musculoskeletal leg movements of a person, thereby maximizing muscular benefit while minimizing joint stress.Other References
