The lower, forward ends of the levers are adapted to hold removable weights. Arms extend downwardly and rearwardly from the levers and angled handles are connected to the bottoms of the arms, each handle adapted to be grasped by a person supported on the seat and then pressed forwardly and upwardly in an arcuate path along a vertical plane that converges inwardly with respect to the front of the declined seat. This decline press exercise machine accommodates the natural musculoskeletal movements of the arms and shoulders of a person, thereby maximizing muscular benefit while minimizing joint stress.Other References
