The time from the output of a prompt to the execution of an action by the user is measured, and the number of user errors per prompt is determined. The data thus obtained is compared with reference data characteristic of an average user. A user rated as unpracticed (i.e., below average) is then given more detailed prompts than an average user, and a user rated as practiced (i.e., above average) is given fewer or no prompts.Other References
