A modification of the instant invention includes an exterior bowl wall positioned exteriorly of an interior bowl wall to define an internal fluid containing cavity therebetween with an exterior fluid moat defined between the exterior wall and the interior wall to prevent crawling insects from contamination of the interior bowl cavity.
