The earrings include a circuit board having mounted thereon a sound sensor connected to an amplifier and a digitizer designed to break up sounds into a plurality of frequency bands. A corresponding plurality of light emitting diodes are provided which are attached to a corresponding number of fiber optic cables having fiber optic strands extending therefrom.
