The cover has a flexible and supple panel and a decorative outer surface. The long edges of the panel have fastening means of microhook and microloop fasteners. One of the fasteners is positioned slightly inward from the longitudinal edge of the panel such that when the panel is folded around an automotive seat belt a portion of the longitudinal edge extends beyond the fastener means. A plurality of slits are provided along the panel to facilitate movement of the panel along a seat belt. | |
