The plate can shield electromagnetic waves, and can have high damage resistance even if the plastic constituting the base plate has low surface hardness. Moreover, it is possible to give the plate the ability to prevent reflection. A light-transmissible plate according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes an anti-reflection film composed of a plurality of layers on a surface opposite to the surface on which the electroconductive layer is provided. Because the film has excellent characteristics in accordance with strength of adhesion, durability, abrasion resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, heat resistance, light resistance, weather resistance and static charge resistance, the plate has excellent functions of shielding electromagnetic waves, eliminating static electricity and preventing reflection.
