The couplings, drops, panel corner and triangular corner piece cooperating by geometric shape and joinder to form margins defining a pocket and pocket aperture through which the mattress or bladder corner may be manually drawn. At least the corner piece to be formed from top panel material cut on the bias for elasticity.
