The device includes a locking plate, a lock spring and a lock gear for locking the article between the plate and cartridge. The locking plate has a plurality of holes therethrough arranged in a pre-selected pattern, and a release tool having a similarly disposed plurality of pins which when inserted through the holes actuates the lock spring allowing the plate to be removed and the article taken from the cartridge. | |
