Felix Hoffmann, a German chemist, was searching for something to relieve his father's arthritis. In doing so, he "rediscovered" acetylsalicylic acid and in 1900, patented a stable process for developing it. Hence, we have aspirin.

AbstractA motor vehicle tube and fin heat exchanger is disclosed comprising a plurality of tubes arranged in spaced side-by-side relationship and a plurality of louvered fins arranged in spaced side-by-side relationship and between and in heat transfer relationship with adjacent ones of the tubes.
