AbstractHemodialysis device (10) with a control apparatus (74) and a line (52) which is connected to a valve arrangement (50) downstream of the suction pump (20) and to a dialyzing liquid source (16). The dialyzing liquid source (16) has a volume measuring apparatus (54, 58) with which the ultrafiltrate generated by the suction pump (20) can be determined in the recirculation circuit. The ultrafiltration rate thereby established serves to control the suction pump (20) with the aid of the control apparatus (74), in some cases the transmembrane pressure being determined with the aid of the pressure gauges (62, 66) and from which the current ultrafiltration coefficient can be measured. Furthermore, the hemodialysis device (10) has a safe possibility of feeding disinfectant concentrate into the recirculation circuit downstream of the dialyzer (12). | InventorApplicationNo. 06/731808 filed on 05/07/1985US Classes:210/86, Material level or thickness responsive210/321.6, CASING DIVIDED BY MEMBRANE INTO SECTIONS HAVING INLET(S) AND/OR OUTLET(S)210/929HEMOULTRAFILTRATE VOLUME MEASUREMENT OR CONTROL PROCESSESField of Search210/86, Material level or thickness responsive210/90, Fluid pressure responsive210/929, HEMOULTRAFILTRATE VOLUME MEASUREMENT OR CONTROL PROCESSES210/137Maintaining stream pressure or flowExaminersPrimary: Spear, FrankAttorney, Agent or FirmUS Patent References3441136, 3979284, Artificial haemodialysis kidneysIssued on: 09/07/1976 Inventor: Granger , et al.4141834, Apparatus for measuring ultrafiltration during dialysis Issued on: 02/27/1979 Inventor: Bellotti , et al.4370983Computer-control medical care system Issued on: 02/01/1983 Inventor: Lichtenstein International ClassesA61M 1/16 (20060101)B01D 61/22 (20060101) A61M 1/34 (20060101) Foreign Application Priority Data1984-05-08 DE |
