AbstractTo increase production of magnetrons, a spiral fin is wound on a magnetron body as soon as it is produced, and a leading end and a trailing end of the fin are fixed to the magnetron body. This increases the number of turns of the fin wound on the magnetron body and improves the bond strength with which the fin is bonded to the magnetron body to thereby increase the effect achieved by the fin in dissipating heat and avoiding a decline in the performance characteristics of the magnetron.
