Abstract

A cleaning composition for the hair and/or skin which comprises a cosmetically acceptable medium containing (a) at least one surface-active agent of the formula: ##STR1## in which R denotes a linear or branched alkyl group and M denotes an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal or an amine, (b) at least one cationic polymer which is a quaternized or unquaternized vinylpyrrolidone/dialkylaminoalkyl acrylate or methacrylate copolymer, and (c) at least one salt of a fatty acid/polypeptide condensate.
