The machine is of such a construction that at least portions of the received notes are used as notes to be defrayed or disbursed. Provided between the note circulating delivery passage and the boxes are note transfer mechanism which comprises at least one upwardly retractable accumulating wheel for feeding notes into the boxes from the note circulating delivery passage and at least one pair of attracting drums for sucking notes from the boxes and feeding them to the note circulating delivery passage. | |
