There is a reversible motor connected to the friction wheel for rotating the friction wheel. Shock cords resiliently bias the friction wheel towards the steering wheel. A remotely locatable motor control selectively rotates the motor in a desired direction of rotation and thereby steers the boat as the friction wheel rotates the steering wheel. | |
