The powdery mixture is suspended in a low-boiling, anhydrous solvent, which is used as a propellant. For effective wound closure and coverage, a spray jet of this suspension is directed onto the wound under evaporation of the solvent so that substantially only the dry, solid powdery mixture reaches the wound.
