The syringe also includes an improved syringe cap comprised of a disc, perpendicularly oriented to the longitudinal axis of the syringe, a semi-circular gripping piece perpendicularly mounted to one surface of the disc and a sleeve to receive the syringe tip mounted to the disc surface opposite to the surface to which the gripping piece is attached. The disc included in the syringe cap prevents a user's fingers from contacting the syringe tip during removal or replacement of the cap. | |
