AbstractPolyesters comprising residues of terephthalic acid, 1,4-butanediol and 1,6-hexanediol or polyesters comprising residues of cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, dimer acid and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol used as hot melt adhesives are found to have good adhesion, low melt viscosity and good viscosity stability when blended with certain monomeric ester plasticizers.
