The pilot plate is attached at the upper end of the anchor post and the lower end of the flexible delineator member is attached to the pilot plate with its lower edge lying adjacent the lower edge of the pilot plate so that when the anchor post and pilot plate are driven into the ground or road surface, the bottom end of the delineator member follows the bottom edge of the pilot plate into the surface. | |
