A clamp component is either directly secured to the seating frame or to the margin of the windshield which, in turn, is secured to the seating frame. The clamp component has outwardly projecting guides receivable within guide slots of an overlying holding component. The holding component includes a pair of elastic strips for holding the strip of trim. The holding component is movable transversely on the clamping component in a direction transverse to the margin of the windshield to compensate for dimensional deviations of the sealing frame and windshield. | |
