Memory cores are bonded flat to carrier planes. The carrier planes are then stacked, forming a three dimensional array which is wired with X, Y and sense/inhibit lines. A parallel group (word) of binary digits is geometrically defined by a vertical line drawn through memory cores on the common intersection between an X and a Y coordinate wire on the successive carrier planes of the three dimensional array. | |
