The novel peroxidase compositions contain polyvalent ions of groups 3 and 4 of the Periodic Table. These novel compositions are stable even in low concentrations, and are relatively invulnerable to freeze-drying. Preferably, the polyvalent ions selected are those of Al, Zn, Mg, Fe, and Cu. |
