A plurality of slots perforate the tube along the lower side thereof, with each slot having its length dimension greater than its width dimension. The slots allow the solid particles from the fluid slurry to pass out of the tube into the drainage trench while preventing the crushed rock from passing from the drainage trench into the tube. | |
