An apparatus for practicing such process comprises an enclosed-circular mixing chamber containing mixing means with a separate air inlet means and air outlet means, both of which are in flow communication with the chamber. The air outlet means is provided with a collecting means for collecting the dry-fine particles of the medicament granulation and may be equipped with a vibrator or other means for returning them to the mixing chamber.
