Abstract

An electrical switch is provided with means movable in response to heat supplied thereto between circuit controlling positions, and the movable means has a predetermined generally arcuate configuration in one of its circuit controlling positions. Means for heating the movable means is predeterminately provided with a configuration generally corresponding to that of the movable means in its one circuit controlling position, and the heating means is disposed closely adjacent the movable means in its one circuit controlling position.A method of calibrating a bimetal strip is also disclosed.
