GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE CLASS SUBJECT MATTER

This class provides for an electrical computer or digital data processing system or corresponding data processing method including apparatus or steps for administrating over processor or job execution in a digital data processing system whether in a virtual machine or otherwise.

(1) Note. For clarification, a "process" and a "task" are equivalent terms in the art. In addition, a "thread" is a path of execution within a process. (2) Note. Control functions such as subroutine calling and control are classified elsewhere. See the SEE OR SEARCH CLASS notes below.
