Contrast therapy system and method A contrast therapy system. According to one aspect of the invention, the contrast therapy system includes a hot reservoir for holding a relatively hot fluid and a cold reservoir for holding a relatively cold fluid. The system also includes a mixing valve for receivi... | 05/01/2007
Automatic compensating valve for individual shower and tub/shower combination fixtures An automatic compensating valve, e.g., for individual shower and tub/shower combination fixtures, has a valve body defining cold and hot water inlet flow passageways, a mixing chamber, a mixed temperate water outlet flow passageway, and an axial bore. The valve incl... | 01/16/2007
Dual control thermostatic mixer The present invention refers to a dual control thermostatic mixer with a regulator suited to stabilize the mixed water temperature upon exit, using a stabilizing mechanism and a switching device for choosing either spout or handset flow. It has a main body (A), a cl... | 09/21/2004
Temperature regulated hot water recirculation system In a hot and cold water distribution system, cooled down water in the hot water distribution line is automatically drained toward the cold water distribution line by a connection system consisting essentially of a centrifugal pump in series with a valve o... | 05/08/2001
Fluid mixture control valve A fluid mixing valve designed for hot/cold water mixing in showers provides fully adjustable proportioning independent of flow rate. It may be thermostat controlled for convenience, and to save water by avoiding iterative manual adjustment. It comprises a... | 04/28/1992
Modular pressure balanced valve assembly A mixing valve includes the volume control valve, a pressure proportioning valve, and a thermostatic valve assembly within a single modular housing. The housing is rotatably mounted in a valve body. The housing houses the proportioning valve and the therm... | 12/18/1990
Shower valve A valve and thermostat assembly is disclosed for improved convenience and efficiency in showers. It comprises a thermostat controlled hot/cold water mixing valve combined with a flow valve. It provides a full range of graduated control for both temperatur... | 10/31/1989
Mixing device for mixing two fluids, especially hot and cold water A mixing device for mixing two fluids, in particular cold and hot water, includes a mixing valve and an enclosure which houses at least some component parts. For temperature control the device includes an electric motor which is adapted to turn a movable ... | 09/16/1986
