Provided is a heat exchanger which is divided into two regions through which heat exchange medium is flowed and an inlet side and an outlet side are integrally formed so as to simplify a construction thereof using a header tank of a double-tube structure type, and in which a flow control valve having a single body is disposed at one side of the heat exchanger so as to facilely control an amount of the heat exchange medium bypassed or flowed into each region.
