A system for transmitting a signal for positioning, comprising: a receiving unit receiving a positioning signal for positioning; an inputting unit accepting an input of a broadcasting signal; a mixing unit combining said positioning signal and said broadcasting signal and outputting the combined transmission signal; a separating unit separating the signal output from said mixing unit into said positioning signal and said broadcasting signal and outputting each signal; a line arranged between said mixing unit and said separating unit for transmitting the signal output from said mixing unit to said separating unit; an issuing unit issuing the separated positioning signal; and a line arranged between said separating unit and said issuing unit for transmitting said separated positioning signal from said separating unit to said issuing unit. 2. The system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 1, wherein said inputting unit includes a signal inputting unit connected to a cable transmitting said broadcasting signal for receiving an input of said broadcasting signal from said cable. 3. The system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 1, wherein said inputting unit includes a broadcasting reception antenna receiving said broadcasting signal. 4. The system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 3, wherein said broadcasting signal includes a satellite broadcasting signal, and wherein said broadcasting reception antenna includes a satellite broadcasting reception antenna receiving said satellite broadcasting signal. 5. The system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 1, wherein said mixing unit includes: a low-pass filter passing a frequency signal of at most a predetermined frequency, a band-pass filter passing a frequency signal included in a predetermined frequency band, and a generating unit combining the signal output from said low-pass filter and the signal output from said band-pass filter and generating said transmission signal. 6. The system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 5, wherein said mixing unit further includes: a first impedance matching unit electrically connected to an input side of said low-pass filter, a first bias T electrically connected to an input side of said first impedance matching unit, a second bias T electrically connected to an input side of said band-pass filter, a second impedance matching unit electrically connected to an output side of said generating unit, and a third bias T electrically connected to an output side of said second impedance matching unit. 7. The system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 1, wherein said issuing unit further includes a filter passing a frequency signal included in said frequency band. 8. A method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning, said transmitting system including a mixing unit combining a positioning signal for positioning received by an antenna and a broadcasting signal input and outputting the combined transmission signal to a line, a separating unit separating said transmission signal into said positioning signal and said broadcasting signal and outputting each signal, and an issuing unit issuing the separated positioning signal, said method for producing a transmitting system transmitting system comprising: a broadcasting line connecting step of connecting a broadcasting signal inputting unit accepting an input of said broadcasting signal in said mixing unit and an output side for said broadcasting signal of said communication line; a shared line connecting step of connecting an output side of said mixing unit to said line; a line connecting step of connecting a positional signal inputting unit accepting an input of said positional signal in said mixing unit and an output side of said antenna; and an issuing unit connecting step of connecting an input side of said issuing unit to an output side of said separating unit. 9. The method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 8, wherein said broadcasting line connecting step includes a step of connecting an output side for said broadcasting signal of a cable transmitting said broadcasting signal and said broadcasting signal inputting unit. 10. The method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 8, wherein said broadcasting line connecting step includes a step of connecting an output side of a reception antenna receiving said broadcasting signal and said broadcasting signal inputting unit. 11. The method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 10, wherein said broadcasting signal includes a satellite broadcasting signal, wherein said broadcasting reception antenna includes a satellite broadcasting reception antenna receiving said satellite broadcasting signal, and wherein said broadcasting line connecting step includes a step of connecting said broadcasting signal inputting unit and an output side of said satellite broadcasting reception antenna. 12. The method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 8, wherein said mixing unit includes: a low-pass filter passing a frequency signal of at most a predetermined frequency, a band-pass filter passing a frequency signal included in a predetermined frequency band, and a generating unit combining the signal output from said low-pass filter and the signal output from said band-pass filter and generating said transmission signal, wherein said line connecting step includes a band-pass filter connecting step of electrically connecting an output side of said antenna and an input side of said band-pass filter, wherein said broadcasting line connecting step includes a low-pass filter connecting step of electrically connecting an output side of said broadcasting reception antenna and an input side of said low-pass filter, and wherein said shared line connecting step includes a step of connecting an output side of said generating unit to said line. 13. The method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 12, wherein said mixing unit further includes: a first impedance matching unit electrically connected to an input side of said low-pass filter, a first bias T electrically connected to an input side of said first impedance matching unit, a second bias T electrically connected to an input side of said band-pass filter, a second impedance matching unit electrically connected to an output side of said generating unit, and a third bias T electrically connected to an output side of said second impedance matching unit, wherein said low-pass filter connecting step includes a step of electrically connecting an output side of said broadcasting reception antenna and an input side of said first bias T, wherein said band-pass filter connecting step includes a step of electrically connecting an output side of said antenna and an input side of said second bias T, and wherein said shared line connecting step includes a step of connecting an output side of said third bias T to said line. 14. The method for producing a transmitting system for transmitting a signal for positioning according to claim 8, wherein said issuing unit further includes a filter passing a frequency signal included in said frequency band, and wherein said issuing unit connecting step includes a step of connecting an input side of said filter to an output side of said separating unit. |
